Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Quick learner with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage employees at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using Workday and LinkedIn is an advantage.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide HR support on both strategic and operational matters, with emphasis on Talent Acquisition and University Relations.

• Manage the full cycle of Talent Acquisition and implement HR strategies to attract, engage and retain talent

• Strengthen the employer brand through partnerships with universities, participation in industry events, and other company initiatives

• Manage the Global Mobility function to ensure business travel complies with applicable global travel requirements

• Manage the Learning and Development function, including facilitating employee onboarding, trainings, and leadership development initiatives

• Support HR initiatives and projects as may be assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline, with 3-5 years of relevant experience

• Quick learner with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage employees at all levels
