Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or related discipline.
• Experience in handling high-volume recruitment is preferred.
• Strong capability in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Understanding of Fair Employment Practices and local compliance.
• Knowledge of ATS (Workable) is advantageous.
• Hands-on work pass applications and administration knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions with quality and timely delivery.
