Job summary

PERSOL OUTSOURCING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent Recruitment Executive to manage the end-to-end hiring process in Singapore. You will source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and support onboarding to meet business needs.

You will build a strong talent pipeline across channels, collaborate with hiring managers, maintain records, and prepare concise candidate profiles and reports to keep stakeholders informed.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR, Business or related field with at least 1 year of related experience.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Review resumes, applications and portfolios to pre-screen candidates and conduct phone/virtual screening.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through sourcing channels and networks.
• Source candidates through referrals, particularly for hard-to-fill positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
• Prepare candidate profiles and provide concise summaries to hiring managers.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Arrange and facilitate interview sessions, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Send interview invitations and relevant information to candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within recruitment systems and databases.
• Prepare recruitment reports and hiring updates.
• Support posting and management of job advertisements across platforms.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview outcomes and status updates.
• Assist with onboarding documentation and pre-employment checks.
• Respond to candidate enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Support recruitment projects, process improvements and ad hoc duties.
