Job summary

RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to support talent acquisition and HR operations, building effective pipelines and delivering efficient services.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and lead onboarding activities while maintaining accurate records for reporting. You will partner with hiring managers, leverage job portals, referrals and agencies to source top talent, drive onboarding, compliance and HR

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of HR experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and recruitment compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including profiling, sourcing, screening, interviews, references, salary proposals and offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
• Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding activities including work pass applications and orientation.
• Maintain accurate recruitment and employee records for HR reporting and audits.
• Support daily HR operations including leave, benefits, engagement, performance reviews and employee relations.
• Review and improve recruitment and onboarding processes and support HR policies and projects.
