Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related.
• At least 1 year of recruitment or sourcing experience.
• Willingness to learn and be trained.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and discover talent across multiple vacancies.
• Engage candidates via LinkedIn, JobStreet, and other portals.
• Coordinate interviews and send invitations.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Support onboarding and pre-employment processes.
• Collaborate with TA team to meet hiring targets.
