Responsibilities

Source candidates using multiple resources and job portals.
Screen candidates by verifying qualifications and experience.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate data in SAP SuccessFactors and recruitment tracker.
Communicate interview status and next steps to candidates.
Arrange pre-employment medical examinations and onboarding tasks.
Manage personal data in SuccessFactors, audit logs and corrections.
Print staff ID cards and respond to candidate inquiries.
