Aufgaben

• Manage recruitment activities for GE positions, including sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments and recruitment events.
• Manage candidate communication and follow-ups.
• Coordinate the employment offer process.
• Manage pre-employment and onboarding activities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
• Maintain and update recruitment information in HR systems.
• Prepare recruitment reports and statistics.
• Perform other ad hoc assignments.
