Qualifications

• More than 6 years of progressive Human Capital experience with strong Talent Acquisition background.
• Hands-on experience in high-volume recruitment for frontline and operational roles.
• Track record of developing and implementing multi-channel sourcing strategies.
• Experience planning recruitment fairs, mass hiring initiatives, and outreach programs.
• Strong stakeholder management with business leaders, hiring managers and HR partners.
• Comfortable using data and market insights to improve recruitment outcomes.
• Resourceful and adaptable, open to new sourcing approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment of frontline and operational employees across SATS.
• Translate hiring needs into effective recruitment plans with the business.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for immediate and future needs.
• Monitor hiring progress, address challenges with stakeholders, ensure timely fills.
• Provide candidates with a positive and professional hiring experience.
