Job summary

SATS Ltd. invites applications for a Warehouse Operations Coordinator role based in Singapore. You will support Managers and AOs in daily activities, audits, and incident investigations, helping maintain smooth warehouse operations.

The role requires strong time management, good communication, multitasking, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will collaborate with facilities and external stakeholders to resolve issues and contribute to performance reporting.

• Assist in weekend manpower status updates and ad-hoc Cargo BU events.

Key Responsibilities

In this role you are required:

• Support Managers and AOs in daily activities, meetings, incident investigation, employee engagement activities, and conduct daily audits of warehouse.
• Identify potential bottlenecks faced, and assist in projects solutioning + implementation
• Coordinate closely with facilities team on repair status of infrastructures such as lightings, computers, weighing scale and etc.
• Assist in compiling of statistics for reporting (e.g., Tonnage data / mishandling rates) and analysis
• Assist in weekend manpower status update
• Assist in ad-hoc Cargo BU events
• Assist in minutes-taking
• Any other assigned task

Key Requirements

You are best equipped for this role if you have:

• Interest in Aviation / Operations / Logistics
• Good time management skill and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Detail oriented / ability to identify issues on the go
• Proficent in Microsoft Office
