Qualifications

• Bachelor or master’s degree in HR, business, psychology, communications or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; internships/recruitment exposure is a plus.
• Experience with recruitment activities or campus programs is beneficial.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for interns and fresh graduates.
• Coordinate job postings, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Support internships, graduate programmes, work-study and participant engagement activities.
• Coordinate career fairs, campus talks, learning journeys and other outreach events.
• Build relationships with universities, polytechnics, ITE and other education partners.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates, participants, supervisors and hiring managers.
• Track programme milestones, participant feedback and conversion into permanent roles.
• Maintain recruitment records, programme documentation, trackers and reports.
• Support employer-branding content and campaigns for students and fresh graduates.
• Ensure activities comply with company policies and programme requirements.
