We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager (APAC) to join our Group Talent Acquisition Team. This role leads and executes the end-to-end recruitment strategy across the Asia-Pacific region. This role is accountable for attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent to support DPI’s growth objectives, with a particular focus on sourcing and delivering technical, engineering, project, and specialist resources for client-facing and internal projects.
Working closely with business leaders, hiring managers, project teams, and HR colleagues, the Talent Acquisition Manager will build proactive talent pipelines, drive recruitment best practice, enhance employer branding, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience across multiple countries within APAC.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across the APAC region, managing the full hiring lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned to business growth.
- Recruit technical, engineering, project management, digital, and specialist talent for both permanent and contract opportunities.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical project and technical skill sets to support business and client delivery needs.
- Support rapid mobilisation of project resources across APAC to meet project timelines and resource demands.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing market insights, hiring recommendations, and recruitment best practice guidance.
- Drive direct sourcing initiatives through networking, talent mapping, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing channels.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external workforce partners where required.
- Work closely with the wider Group Talent Acquisition Team to align processes, control costs, and report regularly.
- Enhance the candidate experience and promote DPI’s employer brand across the APAC market.
- Monitor recruitment performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve hiring outcomes, efficiency, and quality of hire.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with local employment legislation and company policies across all APAC jurisdictions.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.
- Represent the business, upholding our core values and behaviours with all internal and external customers, clients and third parties.
- Maintain business and client confidentiality, adhering to applicable Data Protection regulations and Information Security Standards in line with company and group policies and procedures.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Significant experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Workforce Planning within a regional or global environment.
- Proven experience recruiting technical, engineering, project delivery, and specialist professional roles.
- Experience managing recruitment across multiple APAC countries.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all organisational levels.
- Demonstrated success in direct sourcing, talent mapping, and proactive pipeline development.
- Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
