Job summary

Delinea, based in Singapore, is seeking a Senior Recruiter for APAC to own end-to-end recruitment across Sales, Sales Leadership, Channel Partnerships, and Sales Engineering in the region.

You will build long-term talent pipelines, partner with regional and global stakeholders, and raise Delinea’s employer profile across APAC. A strong track record in enterprise SaaS recruiting and APAC market knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on Enterprise SaaS Sales and commercial roles in APAC.
• Hire across Sales, Sales Leadership, Channel Sales, and Sales Engineering functions, with versatility to pick up roles in other functions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence at all levels.
• Experience building talent pipelines and employer brand presence, not just closing open requisitions.
• Confidence owning recruiting process and systems—ATS discipline, reporting, and coaching hiring managers through structured interviewing.
• A self-starter mindset—comfortable working independently, navigating ambiguity, and delivering in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of APAC talent markets, hiring trends, and compensation norms.

Responsibilities

• Process and systems ownership: ATS hygiene, data integrity, and regional reporting.

As Delinea continues to scale globally, we’re hiring a Senior Recruiter for APAC to own hiring across one of our fastest-growing regions. This is a permanent role focused on attracting top-tier talent across Sales, Sales Leadership, Channel Partnerships, and Sales Engineering — with scope to support hiring in other functions across the region as our needs evolve.

Based in Singapore, you’ll partner closely with regional and global stakeholders to build the teams that drive our growth in APAC. Beyond filling roles, you’ll build long‑term talent pipelines, raise the bar on how we hire, and establish Delinea as an employer of choice across the region. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced recruiter who wants ownership, influence, and the chance to shape a function rather than simply execute against it.

What You’ll Own

• End-to-end recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across sales and commercial roles—from strategic sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and close—and support hiring in other functions across APAC as regional needs require.
• Regional hiring partnerships: Act as a trusted advisor to Sales, Channel, and Sales Engineering leaders, translating business plans into hiring strategies and headcount roadmaps.
• Talent mapping and pipelining: Build and maintain proactive talent maps and long‑term pipelines across key APAC markets, so we’re ready ahead of demand rather than reacting to it.
• Employer brand: Lead talent attraction efforts in region and grow Delinea’s reputation as an employer of choice across APAC.
• Process and systems ownership: Own ATS hygiene, data integrity, and reporting for the region, and set the standard for structured interviewing—scorecards, interview design, and hiring manager enablement.
• Candidate experience: Ensure a seamless, engaging, and timely process that reflects Delinea’s brand and values at every touchpoint.
• Market insights: Provide data-driven hiring updates, pipeline visibility, and market intel on talent availability, hiring trends, and compensation to shape hiring decisions.
