Job summary

Datalec Precision Installations (DPI) seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager (APAC) to lead end-to-end recruitment across the Asia-Pacific region. You will attract, engage, and hire top technical and engineering talent for client-facing and internal projects, working with business leaders to design strategic recruitment programs, pipelines, and employer branding.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Workforce Planning within regional/global environments.
• Proven experience recruiting technical, engineering, project delivery, and specialist professional roles.
• Experience managing recruitment across multiple APAC countries.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence at all levels.
• Demonstrated success in direct sourcing, talent mapping, and proactive pipeline development.
• Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across the APAC region, managing the full hiring lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned to growth.
• Recruit technical, engineering, project management, digital, and specialist talent for permanent and contract roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support project delivery and client needs.
• Drive recruitment best practices and enhance employer branding across APAC markets.
• Monitor recruitment performance metrics and drive improvements in hiring outcomes and quality of hire.
