Job summary

Datalec Precision Installations (DPI) seeks a seasoned Regional Connectivity Lead to drive connectivity services across the APAC region and oversee major connectivity infrastructure projects.

You will lead regional teams, manage multi-country programs, and ensure delivery excellence while safeguarding client relationships and commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Significant experience managing connectivity, structured cabling, telecommunications, or data centre projects.
• Proven track record delivering multi-country or regional projects within APAC.
• Experience with data centre, hyperscale, colocation, telecommunications, or enterprise customers.
• Project Management certification (PMP or PRINCE2) preferred; CDCPM desirable.

As part of our continued growth across Asia Pacific, we are seeking a highly experienced and commercially astute Regional Connectivity Lead, to lead and expand our connectivity services offering while ensuring the successful delivery of strategic connectivity projects across the region.

The Regional Connectivity Lead will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing DPI’s Connectivity business throughout APAC while overseeing the successful execution of major connectivity infrastructure projects.

This strategic role combines technical leadership, project delivery excellence, client engagement, commercial accountability, and regional business development. The successful candidate will act as the regional subject matter expert for connectivity solutions and provide leadership across multiple countries, clients, and delivery teams.

The role requires extensive experience in data centre environments, structured cabling, fibre infrastructure, network deployments, carrier connectivity, and project management within mission-critical facilities.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and develop DPI’s Connectivity service offering across the APAC region, driving business growth and market presence.
• Manage the successful delivery of connectivity, structured cabling, fibre, and data centre infrastructure projects across multiple countries.
• Act as the primary regional point of contact for clients, providing technical expertise, project leadership, and strategic guidance.
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, budgets, schedules, risk management, and overall delivery performance.
• Support business development activities, including solution development, bid support, and identifying growth opportunities within existing and new accounts.
• Ensure compliance with DPI’s health, safety, quality, and operational standards across all projects.
• Build, mentor, and lead regional project and technical teams, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement regional connectivity standards, best practices, and delivery methodologies to ensure consistent, high-quality project outcomes.
• Represent the business, upholding our core values and behaviours with all internal and external customers, clients and third parties
• Maintain business and client confidentiality, adhering to applicable Data Protection regulations and Information Security Standards in line with company, and group policies and procedures.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical), , Project Management, or a related field.
• Significant experience managing connectivity, structured cabling, telecommunications, or data centre infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record delivering multi-country or regional projects within APAC.
• Experience working with data centre, hyperscale, colocation, telecommunications, or enterprise customers.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred.Connectivity and data centre infrastructure expertise
