Job summary

• Manage permanent recruitment assignments from job brief through to placement
• Partner clients on hiring needs, talent challenges and hiring priorities
• Source, engage and assess talent across a range of functions and industries
• Build and maintain strong candidate networks and talent pipelines
• Manage interview processes, offer negotiations and onboarding activities
• Deliver a high-quality experience for both clients and candidates
• Develop long-term relationships built on credibility, trust and market knowledge
