Job summary

TRIUMPH LEAD (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks a Talent Acquisition Lead to head a regional recruitment team, driving workforce planning and compliant hiring across multiple countries.

You will partner with plant and corporate leaders to fill manufacturing and corporate roles, while standardizing processes and measuring KPIs. The role requires managing recruiters in Singapore and nearby regions, with a focus on cross-border hiring, governance, and stakeholder alignment in a fast-paced production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience.
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Proven experience managing regional or cross-border recruitment.
• Knowledge of employment regulations; regional labor market exposure preferred.
• Bilingual English + Mandarin preferred for regional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and department heads to understand manpower planning.
• Provide hiring forecast visibility and risk assessment to leadership.
• Lead and manage a team of recruiters based in Singapore, China, and Taiwan.
• Standardize recruitment processes, interview frameworks, and reporting formats.
• Drive accountability on KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, agency usage, offer acceptance rate).
• Facilitate cross-country alignment on employer branding and hiring standards.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for plant and corporate roles.
• Support critical/leadership hiring directly when required.

Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Lead will lead a team of recruiters in Singapore, supporting manufacturing plant hiring and corporate roles across India, Vietnam, Singapore, Turkey, the US, etc. This role manages an international recruitment team and partners closely with corporate stakeholders to drive workforce planning, strengthen talent pipelines, and ensure compliant hiring practices across jurisdictions. The ideal candidate has strong experience in manufacturing hiring environments and is comfortable operating in cross-border, fast-paced production settings.
