Job summary

West Sirius Industries is seeking a hands-on recruiter to support hiring across our Singapore network and international markets. The role covers manufacturing, engineering, sales, technology, operations and corporate positions, with end-to-end ownership from briefing to offer.

You will actively source, assess candidates and manage multiple vacancies independently, while advising managers on suitable profiles and building robust candidate pipelines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Strong direct-sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
• Experience recruiting across different functions or industries.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from job briefing to offer acceptance.
• Understand hiring requirements and advise managers on suitable candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels.
• Screen candidates and provide clear recommendations to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, reference checks and offers.
• Build candidate pipelines for urgent and recurring positions.
• Track recruitment progress and keep hiring managers updated.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
• Support recruitment campaigns, employer branding and employee engagement activities when needed.
• Use AI and recruitment tools to improve sourcing, research and productivity.
