Job summary

Sopra Steria Singapore is seeking an HR Recruiter Intern to support the day-to-day operations of our recruitment activities. The role involves posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining applicant data to enable smooth hires.

You will collaborate with hiring managers and HR, assist with offers and onboarding, and contribute to a team-oriented culture with learning and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Post job advertisements on job portals.
• Screen and shortlist candidates using internal and external sources.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Work closely with hiring managers and HR to support recruitment administration and placement of hires.
• Oversee accurate updates of the Applicant Tracking System and candidate profiles.
• Prepare employment offer letters and assist with onboarding processes.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned to ensure successful hiring.
