Responsibilities

• Entertain office incoming calls, emails & enquiries.
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Use of job portal platforms and LinkedIn to search for candidates.
• Screen & assess job applicants.
• Coordinate interviews & manage job offers.
• Handle job onboarding matters.
• Assist in data entry & administrative tasks.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
