Job summary

Richemont Singapore is offering a Talent Acquisition Intern role to support building a sustainable candidate pipeline through sourcing, campus recruitment and employer branding initiatives. You will report to the Head of Talent, SEAO, and collaborate with the TA team to identify and engage talents.

You will gain hands-on experience with candidate screening, interview scheduling, and maintaining candidate data, while representing Richemont at employer branding events and university partnerships.

Qualifications

• Graduate or current Bachelor’s student in HRM with strong aptitude for Talent Acquisition.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Able to navigate online and offline sourcing channels.
• Proficient in MS Office; comfortable with data analytics tools.
• Customer-oriented, collaborative, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support in sourcing, identifying and engaging candidates for Richemont via research and proactive database management.
• Develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies with the TA team.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates; coordinate interview schedules.
• Represent Richemont and Maisons at employer branding events and campus activities.
• Maintain accurate candidate data across internal systems and trackers.
