SEA Singapore is seeking a proactive HR Talent Acquisition Intern to support recruitment efforts for the human resources team. This role offers hands-on experience in talent sourcing, market research, candidate engagement, and recruitment analytics.

You will work closely with the hiring team to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process while contributing to strategic hiring initiatives. Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree with a strong interest in recruitment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree with interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Prior experience in recruitment and/or sourcing is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring teams to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and talent pools; identify sourcing channels.
• Engage with potential candidates via email, social media, and calls to assess interest and schedule interviews.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate sourcing strategies and suggest improvements.
• Provide support in employee engagement events.
