Job summary

InternSG is seeking an enthusiastic HR/Recruitment intern to support the People Team. You will source, screen, and assess candidates across functions, manage job postings, and coordinate interviews across time zones to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

You will assist with employer branding, market research on talent trends, and talent mapping for core positions, collaborating with regional stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Available for minimum 3 months (FT or at least 3 days/week PT).

5. Conduct market research and generate insights on talent trends and competitor benchmarking;
6. Assist in talent mapping and talent pool constructions for core positions;
7. Contribute to broader People Team initiatives and HR projects as needed.

Qualifications

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field;
2. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
3. Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment;
4. Comfortable working across diverse teams and regional stakeholders;
5. Prior internship or project experience in recruitment or HR is a plus;
6. Available for a minimum commitment of 3 months (full-time or at least 3 days per week for part-time).
