Job summary

S. F. EXPRESS (SINGAPORE) PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an HR professional focused on Talent Acquisition and HR Operations in Singapore.

The role covers end-to-end recruitment for corporate and frontline roles, onboarding, and work pass administration, ensuring timely talent delivery and accurate records. You will work with the Recruitment Lead and managers to meet hiring requirements, maintain trackers, coordinate with agencies, and support HR events, onboarding checks and lifecycle administration

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 2+ years of HR experience, with exposure to recruitment and HR operations in Singapore.
• Experience handling end-to-end recruitment independently; frontline/volume and corporate recruitment is a plus.
• Knowledge of Singapore work pass processes (EP, S Pass and Work Permit).
• Familiarity with onboarding, probation confirmation, documentation and lifecycle administration.
• Understanding of Singapore employment practices and MOM requirements.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented with accurate employee records and trackers.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced hands-on HR environment with changing priorities.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination; English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment for corporate and frontline positions including posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer prep.
• Work closely with the Recruitment Lead and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely recruitment delivery.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies and external partners when required.
• Support recruitment events, career fairs and other talent acquisition initiatives.
• Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding processes for new hires.
• Prepare employment documents and handle work pass administration (EP, S Pass, Work Permit).
• Coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding activities.
• Maintain employee lifecycle trackers and onboarding arrangements.
• Administer selected benefits and welfare programmes; support employee care initiatives.
• Maintain HR documentation, trackers and support periodic HR reporting and projects.
