Job summary

S.F. Express (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist / Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its HR team in Singapore. You will lead end-to-end recruitment and help build robust talent pipelines across a growing business.

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, campus recruitment, and managing vendor partnerships. The role requires collaboration with hiring managers and strong stakeholder communication in

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience preferred.
• Strong experience in sourcing, candidate screening and end-to-end recruitment.
• Recruitment experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, warehousing, freight forwarding, e-commerce or high-volume operational environments will be highly advantageous.
• Experience working with recruitment agencies and/or campus recruitment programmes would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned business functions and positions, from sourcing and screening through interview coordination, offer management and hiring closure.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, job profiles and hiring priorities.
• Proactively source candidates through JobStreet, MyCareersFuture, LinkedIn, referrals, direct sourcing and other relevant channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and critical positions.
• Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support salary benchmarking, offer discussions and offer closure.
• Track recruitment progress and provide regular updates on vacancies, pipeline and hiring status.
