Job summary

Superpower X AI (Singapore) Technology Pte. Ltd. is seeking an HR & Admin (Recruitment) contractor to lead end-to-end recruitment and support HR operations from the Central Region of Singapore. You will manage postings, screenings, interviews, and onboarding while liaising with hiring managers and external partners.

You will ensure accurate documentation, compliance with local employment laws, and efficient admin support across the HR function in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment and HR administration.
• Strong knowledge of ATS and candidate sourcing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple processes and stakeholder needs.
• Attention to detail and meticulous documentation.
• Understanding of Singapore employment laws and compliance.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams.
• Preferred experience in tech or fast-paced growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting, screening, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and track progress through stages.
• Conduct initial assessments and preliminary interviews for fit and qualifications.
• Prepare recruitment docs, offers, and employment contracts.
• Support onboarding: orientation coordination and documentation.
• Handle HR admin tasks such as leave records and policy compliance.
• Liaise with external recruitment partners as needed.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Provide HR admin support to the team and participate in projects.
