Job summary

West Sirius Industries is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Executive to support recruitment across our group, covering SEA, EU, LATAM, MEA. You will hire across fintech, payments, IoT and semiconductor manufacturing, coordinating interviews across multiple time zones.

The role requires 3–5+ years of recruitment experience, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to work with diverse hiring managers and cultures. Singaporean candidates are preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years recruitment experience, in-house or agency.
• Experience hiring in Singapore; overseas recruitment exposure is a plus.
• Strong sourcing skills and confidence in direct outreach.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment from sourcing to offers and joining.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, direct outreach and recruitment partners.
• Coordinate interviews across countries and time zones.
• Support offer discussions and joining processes.
• Maintain a clear hiring tracker and flag delays.
