Henkel Singapore is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Excellence Lead for South Asia (SEA & ANZ). You will shape regional TA strategies, drive excellence initiatives, and build scalable capabilities to support long‑term growth.

You will partner with business leaders, HRBPs, and recruitment teams to optimize hiring experiences, oversee RPO delivery, and champion data‑driven improvements across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in multinational or complex orgs.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment across functions and seniority levels.
• Proven track record in excellence, transformation, or process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to translate business objectives into TA plans.
• Lead and coach the RPO team for regional recruitment delivery.
• Improve recruitment strategies, processes, tools, and governance.
• Lead TA excellence initiatives and capability building.
• Champion an exceptional hiring experience for managers and candidates.
• Build partnerships with stakeholders to influence hiring decisions.
• Foster continuous improvement using data and insights.
