Job summary

ENGIE Singapore is seeking a Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across Southeast Asia, partnering with business leaders and HR to attract and hire top talent. You will drive sourcing strategies, candidate assessments, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure high-quality hires and a positive candidate experience.

You will work with multiple geographies in SEA, leveraging various channels including direct sourcing, job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
Minimum 5 years in Talent Acquisition with regional SEA exposure.
Experience in direct sourcing and stakeholder management; ATS familiarity.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery across Southeast Asia and collaborate with business leaders and HR.
Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, role requirements, and candidate profiles.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality pipelines.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure strong talent selection.
Manage relationships with external agencies and coaching vendors as needed.
Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes to reduce time-to-fill.
