Job summary

Sephora SEA seeks a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, SEAO to lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple markets from Singapore. You will partner with regional HR teams and global TA counterparts to deliver high-quality hires at all levels, including leadership roles.

You will build NextGen and early-career programs, strengthen employer branding, and drive regional TA projects while managing key vendor relationships and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• University degree with 7–10 years of relevant experience, including leadership of a regional TA function.
• Experience across agency and in-house environments; international exposure desirable.
• Experience leading confidential or executive searches and building senior-level talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition across all levels up to Director in the SEAO region.
• Partner with regional and country HR teams, business leaders, and global TA counterparts to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.
• Design and manage NextGen programs, employer branding initiatives, and regional/global TA projects.
• Oversee confidential searches and leadership pipelining; manage vendor relationships and master terms.
• Own campus engagement and employer branding to build a sustainable pipeline of talent.
