The role involves sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing offers in close collaboration with hiring managers. You will source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and referrals, conduct initial assessments, and build a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related discipline.
• Prior experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or related field.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer management.
• Work with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and identify suitable candidates.
• Source candidates via portals, LinkedIn and referrals.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate fit for the role.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up on feedback to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Manage candidate communications, expectations and salary discussions throughout the hiring journey.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and update the ATS.
• Support employee referral initiatives, reference checks and pre-employment arrangements.
• Assist with recruitment reporting and other HR-related projects as required.
