Job summary

Dada Consultants Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles in Singapore. You will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build candidate profiles and prioritise open positions.

You will proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels, screen for fit, coordinate interviews, and support offers and onboarding.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience recruiting across technical and non-technical functions.
• Strong sourcing skills and the ability to identify and engage relevant talent proactively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
• A proactive, resourceful and flexible approach to solving problems and responding to changing business needs.
• A strong sense of ownership, sound judgment and commitment to following tasks through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Contribute ideas to improve sourcing effectiveness, recruitment processes and the candidate experience.
