Job summary

INK is seeking a Tagalog-speaking Media Sales Executive to join our Singapore office and sell advertising across Smile magazine and our digital media portfolio. You will own the sales journey from prospecting through to closing, building relationships with brands and agencies primarily across the Philippines market, and developing media solutions beyond traditional ad space.

Qualifications

• Fluent Tagalog is essential for developing relationships within the Philippines market.
• Strong professional English as the Singapore office operates in English.
• Sales experience in media, advertising, hospitality, travel or other B2B environments is desirable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ambition, resilience and the motivation to succeed in a target-driven environment.
• Ability to ask questions, receive feedback and continuously improve.
• Curiosity and the ability to tell a compelling story.
• Genuine interest in travel, brands and media.

Responsibilities

• Build your own pipeline by proactively identifying and approaching brands and agencies.
• Develop strong connections with new and existing clients.
• Pitch ideas that go beyond advertising space and create compelling media solutions.
• Sell across Smile magazine and digital products in our portfolio.
• Own the sales process from first conversation to proposal, negotiation and close.
• Grow revenue and consistently work towards sales targets.
• Develop accounts to convert first-time advertisers into long-term partners.
