Job summary

ITCAN PTE. LIMITED is seeking a System Executive for a 12 hours shift to provide operational support for our system infrastructure, assist clients, and resolve technical issues.

The role requires hands-on experience with UNIX/Linux, Windows Server, and VM environments, plus strong communication to coordinate with clients and Tier 2 teams. You will handle production support, documentation, health checks, and on-site work as needed, with opportunities to grow in ITIL processes and customer care

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Computer/IT with 2–3 years working experience.
• 2–3 years system engineer experience supporting UNIX/Linux and applications.
• Training or certification in Windows Server, UNIX/Linux, VM and ITIL would be advantageous.
• Analytical, proactive and able to multi-task and prioritise all work assigned.
• Team player with good English communication skills who can also work independently.
• Motivated individual with challenger spirit and leadership encouraged.
• Exceptional troubleshooting and customer-handling skills advantageous.
• On-site work and lifting heavy items may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support and operational assistance for system infrastructure.
• Support clients and resolve technical issues.
• Identify and escalate priority issues per client specifications.
• Prepare procedural documentation.
• Troubleshoot via phone, web tools and email.
• Advise customers on proper product use and address issues.
• Liaise with Tier 2 support for problem escalation.
• Perform mailbox migrations between Exchange systems.
• Conduct health checks and monitor system availability.
