Job summary

Job Overview

• 1 year contract (renewal basis)
• Ang Mo Kio
• 12 Hours Rotating Shift (8AM – 8PM / 8PM – 8AM)
• Basic Salary / Up to $4,000 + Shift Allowance

Responsibilities

• Provide 24 x 7 support for Data Center running on 12 hours shift.
• Assist the Customer in the verification, isolation, and/or provision of a temporary work around for the incident/problem logged.
• Resolve the incident/problem onsite.
• Escalate unsolvable problems and service requests to the System and/or Software Engineer and report the escalation to the Project Manager.
• Generate relevant administrative records and reports.
• Introduce and integrate new technologies into existing environments.
• Apply operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
• Add, remove, or update user account information, reset passwords, etc.
• Answer technical queries.
• Maintain the configuration of the system.
• Implement Service Request and Change Request.
• Contact OEM/Vendor for technical support.
