Job summary

ELITEZ PTE. LTD. in Singapore is looking for a system management professional to support governance, compliance and service delivery across critical assets and cyber activities. You will monitor KPIs, manage asset life cycles and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of requirements.

The role also covers ILS activities, vulnerability tracking, patch management and maintaining system availability and operational readiness, with reporting on performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/computer engineering or related field.
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest or experience in system management, governance or operational support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support system and contract management activities, including governance, compliance and service delivery.
• Monitor KPIs and support system management and improvement initiatives.
• Support Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities, including technical publication management, spare parts review and equipment obsolescence management.
• Manage asset inventory and support equipment lifecycle management.
• Support cybersecurity activities, including vulnerability tracking, mitigation and patch management.
• Monitor system maintenance, availability and operational readiness.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to follow up on issues and ensure timely completion of requirements.
• Prepare reports, documentation and management updates on system performance, compliance and operational activities.
