Job summary

WULINK SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive professional to oversee system and contract management supporting enterprise systems and technical infrastructure. The role emphasizes governance, policy adherence, and service delivery.

You will monitor KPIs, coordinate logistics and spare parts, and manage cybersecurity compliance to ensure high system availability and operational readiness in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or IT discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant engineering or IT experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good understanding of system management, governance, compliance, and service delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance and compliance oversight to ensure adherence to operational standards, policies, and quality requirements.
• Monitor and manage performance KPIs to support system availability and service management initiatives.
• Coordinate logistics support, spare parts availability, and equipment obsolescence management.
• Oversee hardware, software, and network asset inventories throughout their operational lifecycle.
• Coordinate cybersecurity compliance, vulnerability mitigation, and regular patch management.
• Supervise maintenance operations to maintain high system availability and operational readiness.
