Job summary

ELITEZ PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an Engineering Support Office (ESO) Personnel to strengthen governance, system management and service delivery across the organisation.

You will monitor KPIs, support ILS activities, asset inventory, cybersecurity, and performance reporting while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of requirements. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, IT or related field is required, with strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.

• Interest or experience in system management, governance or operational support will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support system and contract management activities, including governance, compliance and service delivery.
• Monitor KPIs and support system management and improvement initiatives.
• Support Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities, including technical publication management, spare parts review and equipment obsolescence management.
• Manage asset inventory and support equipment lifecycle management.
• Support cybersecurity activities, including vulnerability tracking, mitigation and patch management.
• Monitor system maintenance, availability and operational readiness.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to follow up on issues and ensure timely completion of requirements.
• Prepare reports, documentation and management updates on system performance, compliance and operational activities.
