Job summary

WULINK SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Systems and IT Governance professional in Singapore to perform system and contract management tasks supporting enterprise systems and infrastructure.

The role focuses on governance, compliance, and service delivery with responsibilities spanning KPI oversight, cybersecurity patching, asset management, and operational readiness. You will work with cross-functional teams to maintain high availability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, CS, IT, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant IT or engineering experience.
• Singaporean citizens eligible for security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance and compliance oversight to ensure adherence to standards, policies, and quality.
• Monitor and manage performance KPIs to support system availability and service management.
• Coordinate logistics, spare parts availability, and equipment obsolescence management.
• Oversee hardware, software, and network asset inventories throughout their lifecycle.
• Coordinate cybersecurity compliance, vulnerability mitigation, and patch management.
• Supervise maintenance operations to maintain high system availability.
