Job summary

WULINK SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable engineer to support enterprise systems and IT infrastructure. The role focuses on system and contract management, governance, and service delivery across IT assets.

You will monitor performance KPIs, oversee cybersecurity compliance, patch management, and asset inventories while coordinating with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Singapore citizens eligible for security clearances preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering/IT field.
Minimum 3 years of professional engineering or IT experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of system management, governance, compliance and service delivery.

Responsibilities

Provide governance and compliance oversight to ensure adherence to standards, policies and quality.
Monitor and manage performance KPIs to support system availability and service management.
Coordinate logistics support, spare parts availability, and equipment obsolescence management.
Oversee hardware, software and network asset inventories throughout their lifecycle.
Coordinate cybersecurity compliance, vulnerability mitigation, and patch management.
Supervise maintenance operations to maintain high system availability and readiness.
