Job summary

sggovterp is seeking a Senior / Assistant Project Engineer in Singapore to oversee the integration and commissioning of multi-disciplinary electrical, mechanical and control systems. You will review technical submissions, support construction, testing and commissioning, and help resolve site issues within agreed timelines.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of mechanical/electrical/electronics/communications/control engineering.
• Interest in project management and large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Good communication, written and interpersonal skills; able to work shifts, overtime, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Review technical submissions and participate in construction, installation, testing and commissioning of systems.
• Manage, supervise, monitor and report project construction, testing and commissioning progress.
• Assist Engineers in resolving system design/interface/site issues within stipulated timeframes.
• Prepare technical specifications, participate in tender evaluation, and conduct design reviews of new rail transit systems.
