Job summary

IT Consultancy & Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Systems Executive Intelligent Platforms to provide operational support for system infrastructure and client-facing technical issues.

The role covers production and technical support, troubleshooting, and liaison with Tier 2 teams. Diploma/Degree in CS or related field with 0–2 years experience is typical, and candidates must be willing to work a 12-hour shift schedule in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 0-2 years of experience and familiarity with listed technologies.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts and 24x7 standby.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to system infrastructure and client issues.
• Deliver Production & technical support to customers.
• Identify and escalate priority issues per client specs.
• Prepare procedural documentation.
• Troubleshoot via phone, web tools, and email.
• Advise customers on product usage and issue resolution.
• Liaise with Tier 2 support for problem escalation.
• Perform mailbox migrations between Exchange systems.
• Conduct health checks and monitor system availability.

Systems Executive Intelligent Platforms

• Responsible to provide operational support to system infrastructure, support to the clients and resolution of technical issues.
• Provide Production Support & technical support to customer
• Identify and identify and escalation priority issues as per Client specifications, Process client Service Request, Redirect problems to appropriate resource
• Provide support on documentation including procedural documentation
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support via phone, web based tools and email
• Advise customers regarding the product's proper use and address specific user issues
• Act as a liaison between customers and Tier 2 support regarding problem escalation
• Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail and phone
• Perform mailbox migrations between Exchange systems as well as from other vendors to Exchange for customers in accordance to procedure, to ensure seamless transitions
• Perform health checks and monitor availability and functionality of the systems
• Provide operational support to system infrastructures

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Typically 0-2 years of experience/familiar with and troubleshooting the following technologies
• Redhat Linux, VMWare, Google Apps, Internet Mail routing protocol
• SMTP, DNS, OWA, and Message Transport / Mail Routing
• Willing to work on 12hour shift schedule and 24 x 7 standby
