ES RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Systems Executive, Intelligent Platforms to provide hands-on production support for system infrastructure and customers in a Singapore-based role.

Open to Diploma or Degree holders with 0–2 years of IT experience, you will gain practical exposure to Linux, VMware, and enterprise email infrastructure while supporting Exchange and related services in a 24x7 environment. Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline.
• 0–2 years of IT experience; fresh graduates with relevant technical knowledge are welcome.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting Red Hat Linux, VMware, Google Apps, SMTP routing, DNS, Exchange/OWA and mail routing.

Responsibilities

• Provide production and operational support for system infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email and web-based tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, service requests and user-related problems.
• Identify priority issues and elevate them according to client procedures.
• Act as the liaison between customers and Tier 2 support teams for problem escalation.
• Monitor system availability, functionality and overall system health.
• Perform routine system health checks and operational monitoring.
• Perform mailbox migrations between Exchange systems and from other email platforms to Exchange according to established procedures.
• Support email infrastructure, including message transport and mail routing.
• Advise customers on appropriate product usage and resolve specific user issues.
• Maintain and update technical and procedural documentation.
• Follow established operational procedures and service management processes.

Job description

We are looking for a Systems Executive, Intelligent Platforms to join our operations team and provide hands-on production support for system infrastructure and customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for Diploma/Degree holders and early-career IT professionals with 0–2 years of experience who want to build practical experience in Linux, VMware, email infrastructure and enterprise systems support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide production and operational support for system infrastructure.

Our Requirements
