Exasoft Pte. Ltd. seeks a Patch Management Specialist to oversee infrastructure patching across data centre environments. You will follow SOPs, monitor deployments, and ensure compliance while coordinating with application and business owners.

The role requires knowledge of patch management tools, ITIL processes, and strong communication skills to support global IT patching efforts.

Qualificações

• Basic knowledge of patch management, vulnerability management, and compliance reporting.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, security, and patch management tools such as BigFix, SCCM, or NetBot.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, change management, and SOPs.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• Technical certification in IT infrastructure domains such as Windows, Linux, VMware, networking, or databases preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Ability to coordinate tasks, follow procedures and maintain accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Perform infrastructure patching using tools such as BigFix, SCCM, NetBot, or equivalent tools, following SOPs.
• Monitor patch deployments to ensure successful completion and track patching metrics, compliance, and effectiveness.
• Conduct daily checks of patch management tools and report issues not identified by existing monitoring systems.
• Escalate major patching issues and vulnerabilities to L2/L3 support teams.
• Raise and manage change requests in accordance with ITIL standards and internal change control procedures.
• Coordinate patch schedules, change planning, and approvals with application and business owners.
• Maintain patch compliance reports and operational documentation.
• Collaborate with global IT patching teams to ensure consistent end-to-end patch management across data centre infrastructure.
