Job summary

NTT Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced IT leader to oversee enterprise patch management, vulnerability remediation, and change governance across mission-critical environments in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT infrastructure experience with expertise in patch management and change governance.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise or regulated environments, preferably banking/financial services.
• Hands-on knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, cloud platforms, and enterprise patching tools (SCCM, BigFix, Chef, Ansible).
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline; certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ITIL advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Govern change reviews, risk assessments, testing, implementation and rollback planning for infrastructure updates.

• Partner with Cyber Security teams to prioritize vulnerability remediation and manage security risks.
• Lead incident response and recovery activities related to patch implementations and audits.
