Job summary

SCIENTE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a System Analyst (SAP-HR) to analyse, design, develop, and maintain SAP HR applications, working closely with business users to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

The role requires hands-on SAP HANA, SAPUI5, JavaScript, OData, and Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central and Time Off. The candidate will collaborate across teams to implement integration solutions on SAP BTP and CAP models.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
• 5 years of experience in systems analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
• Strong requirements gathering and translating to functional specs.
• Hands-on SAP HANA knowledge and database design.
• Experience in SAP HR programming and HR application development.
• Proficiency in SAPUI5 and JavaScript for SAP app development.
• Experience developing and consuming SAP OData Services.
• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors: Employee Central and Time Off.
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors modules: Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development, Learning, Mobile, Story Reports.
• Hands-on SAP BTP, Integration Suite and CAP.

Responsibilities

Mandatory Skill-set

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering;
• Must have 5 years of experience in systems analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, and application maintenance;
• Strong experience in gathering user requirements and translating them into functional and application specifications;
• Hands-on experience with SAP HANA and database design;
• Experience in SAP HR Programming and HR application development;
• Proficiency in SAPUI5 and JavaScript for SAP application development;
• Experience developing and consuming SAP OData Services;
• Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central and Employee Central Time Off;
