Job summary

zentact systems pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior SAPSuccessFactors HCM Solution Architect/Consultant with 10+ years in Human Capital Management processes, solution design, implementation and support across SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM platforms.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management and the ability to deliver end-to-end projects, design scalable HR solutions, mentor junior consultants and coordinate with vendors to drive HR digital transformation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Human Capital Management process and solution design, implement, and support in BOTH SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM (PA/OM/TM).
• Minimum 3 end-to-end implementations in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM solutions.
• Hands-on ABAP coding experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM implementation projects from requirement gathering through post-go-live support.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions.
• Design, configure, implement, and support SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management solutions.
• Provide functional expertise across SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM modules.
• Collaborate with business users to optimize HR processes and recommend best practices.
• Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, fit-gap analysis, and solution demonstrations.
• Prepare functional specifications, business process documents, configuration documents, test scripts, and user training materials.
• Manage solution integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM systems.
• Coordinate with technical teams for custom developments, interfaces, reports, and enhancements.
• Support data migration, testing activities, cutover planning, and production deployment.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide ongoing application support.
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, governance standards, and organizational policies.
• Lead stakeholder communications and provide regular project status updates.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide technical and functional guidance.
• Manage third-party vendors, implementation partners, and support service providers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR technology platforms.
• Develop operational metrics, dashboards, and management reports to support business decision-making.
• Participate in solution roadmap planning and strategic HR transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years' experience in Human Capital Management process and solution (design, implement, and support) in BOTH SAP SuccessFactors (Talent suite like Performance/Goal management, Calibration, Compensation &Var. pay and Learning) and SAP HCM (PA/OM/TM/BIB Integration).
• Minimum 3 end to end implementations in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM solutions.
• Experience in design and implementation experience in SuccessFactors Talent suite (Performance/Goal Management, Calibration, Succession, Career Development, Compensation & Variable Pay).
• Process and Functional experience in Recruit, Onboard to Hire experience.
• Hand on Experience in ABAP coding.
• Design and implementation experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central Core and Time Off, SAP HCM, Learning, People story, PA/OM/BIB Integration Management would be a bonus.
• Process oriented thinking.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership, ownership and personal drive to solve problems. Team player, able to guide and influence others to achieve end goals.
• Demonstrable experience of managing 3rd party support contracts and relationships.
• Project management experience and able to structure and scope a project and to manage a project through to completion.
• Established experience in the orchestration of metrics/management reporting.
• Ability to think strategically and at the same time be operationally hands-on when the circumstances desire.
• Preferred SAP Certification.
