Zenith Infotech (S) Pte Ltd. seeks an experienced System Analyst (SAP-HR) to support SAP HR application analysis, development, implementation and maintenance.

The role collaborates with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver SAP HR solutions. The candidate will analyze, design, develop, test, and maintain SAP HR applications while supporting SAP HANA, SAPUI5, SAP OData Services, SAP BTP, and SAP Integration Suite across Employee Central, Time Off, Performance &

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, design, development, implementation and QA.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP HR and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAPUI5 and SAP OData Services.
• Experience with SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

• Gather and analyse user requirements and translate them into application specifications.
• Analyse, design, develop, test, implement and maintain SAP HR applications.
• SupportSAP HANA, SAP HR Programming, SAPUI5 and SAP OData Services.
• SupportSAP SuccessFactorsmodules including Employee Central, Time Off, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development, Story Reports, Learning and Mobile.
• SupportSAP BTP, including SAP Integration Suite, CAP Model and CAM Services.
• Perform troubleshooting, testing, quality assurance and application support.
• Collaborate with users and technical stakeholders to deliver system enhancements.

Requirements

• Minimum5 years of experiencein systems analysis, application design, development, implementation and QA.
• Strong hands‑on experience inSAP HR / SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience withSAP HANA, SAPUI5 and SAP OData Services.
• Experience withSAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to independently gather requirements and translate them into technical/application specifications.
