Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia is seeking an SAP HR Functional Analyst to design and deliver HR technology solutions that transform business operations in Singapore. You will work with cross-functional teams to support, enhance, and optimize SAP HCM processes for efficient workforce management and improved employee experience.

In this role, you will analyze requirements, configure SAP HR modules, and participate in system integration testing and deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of SAP HR / HCM functional consulting experience.
• Hands-on experience in at least 2 SAP HR modules (PA, OM, Time, Payroll).
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures.
• Experience in SAP configuration and functional design documentation.
• Familiarity with integration and testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM functional specifications.
• Configure and support SAP HR modules including PA, OM, Time, and Payroll.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Support end-to-end project lifecycle activities including design, build, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and user training materials.
• Participate in system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support, enhance, and optimize SAP HCM processes, enabling efficient workforce management and improved employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM functional specifications
• Configure and support SAP HR modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll (as applicable)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
• Support end-to-end project lifecycle activities including design, build, testing, and deployment
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
• Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and user training materials
• Participate in system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA HR or Employee Central
• Exposure to global or regional HR transformation projects
• SAP certification in HCM or SuccessFactors
• Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment
