Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced IT systems support professional in Singapore to assist users across business applications and ERP systems. The role includes troubleshooting, account management, and contributing to system improvements.

You will work with Power BI to create dashboards, perform basic data extraction, and support testing, training, and implementation efforts. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in application, ERP or business systems support.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems, Power BI and IT ticketing tools.
• Good troubleshooting, communication and coordination skills.
