Job summary

Zenith Infotech (S) Pte Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a seasoned SAP HR & SAP SuccessFactors specialist to gather requirements, design and implement SAP HR solutions, including SAPUI5 apps and OData services.

You will work onsite/hybrid with business users to deliver robust HR systems. The role requires at least 5 years in SAP-related analysis, strong technical skills in ABAP HR, HANA, SAPUI5, and a proven ability to translate business needs into scalable applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in systems analysis, database design, application development, implementation, and QA.
• Hands-on SAP HR programming and SAP HANA experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document user requirements into specs.
• Develop and maintain SAP HR and SAP SuccessFactors apps.
• Configure and enhance SAP HR/SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Develop SAP HR programs, SAPUI5 apps, OData services, and integrations.
• Perform testing, troubleshoot, QA, and production support.
• Prepare documentation and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with users, project teams, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document user requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Analyse, design, develop, test, implement, and maintain SAP HR and web-based applications.
• Configure, support, and enhance SAP HR and SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Develop SAP HR programs, SAPUI5 applications, OData services, and integrations.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, quality assurance, and production support.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide post-implementation support.
• Work closely with users, project teams, and stakeholders to deliver business solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in systems analysis, database design, application development, implementation, and quality assurance.
• Hands-on experience with:
• SAP HR Programming (ABAP HR)
• SAP HANA
• SAPUI5 and JavaScript
• SAP OData Services
• SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
• SAP Integration Suite
• SAP BTP CAP Model and CAM Services
• SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Time Off, Performance & Goal Management, Compensation, Succession & Development, Story Reports, Learning, and Mobile)
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in gathering requirements and translating business needs into application specifications.
  

Other Information

• Employment type: Contract - 24 months (renewable)
• Location: Novena, Singapore
• Working Hours: 8:30AM to 6:00PM (Mon-Fri)
• Salary: $6000 - 8000 per month (no bonus)
• Working Arrangement: Full Onsite/Hybrid
